PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a heat-exchanging apparatus wherein the cost is reduced without directly inserting/embedding a heater or a heating pipe in a through hole which is provided on a molding die, and a temperature-adjusting accuracy is increased for the heat-exchanging apparatus which heats/cools the molding die. SOLUTION: In this heat-exchanging apparatus which heats/cools the die, the heat-exchanging apparatus is equipped with a heat-transfer block which transfers heat to the die, an elastic element which press-fits the heat-transfer block to the die, and a magnetic clamp which is connected with the elastic element and can be bonded to the die by the magnetic force. As a preferable example, on the heat-transfer block, a radiating element which increases the radiating effect when the temperature is reduced is fitted. Also, on the heat- transfer block, a heater is loaded or a fluid which is a heat-exchanging medium is fed. COPYRIGHT: (C)2003,JPO
