PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electronic endoscope which facilitates repair work for the replacement of the insertion tube and connector parts and the like. SOLUTION: In the electronic endoscope, a connection part of an image guide fiber bundle 13 and a relay optical system unit 14, a connection part of the relay optical system unit 14 and a solid image sensor 15 and a connection part of a light guide fiber bundle 38 on the side of the insertion tube and a light guide fiber bundle 37 on the side of the connectors are arranged within an operating part 3 while the individual connecters are made separable.
