PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a laid-out mat which is light-weight and in which the whole thing can be washed repeatedly for many times because of the superior washing resistance, and provided a manufacturing method of the same. SOLUTION: After needling is carried out in a state that a nonwoven fabric 3 is laid over the rear face of the mat main body 2 wherein piles 8 are implanted on the base cloth 7, a polymer adhesive 4 is made to be impregnated from the non-lamination face side of the nonwoven fabric 3. In the laid-out mat 1 thus obtained, the nonwoven fabric 3 is arranged at the rear face of the mat main body 2 in a contact state, one part 30 of constituting fibers of the nonwoven fabric 3 invades into the base cloth 7 and entangles with this, and an adhesive 4 is impregnated into the nonwoven fabric 3, and this adhesive 4 is fixed also to the rear face of the mat main body 2, and fall-out prevention of the piles 8 and joining of the mat main body 2 and the nonwoven fabric 3 are achieved.
