PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problems that in storing columnar objects such as electric poles on the ground in a yard or in transporting them, they are only prevented from tumbling by a such a way as to merely wedged them under the conventional method, that under the existing conditions where concrete heavy electric poles or the like are stored outdoors in a stacked state, riskiness of a collapse accident is high, and that efficiency in utilizing a site is insufficient because a pyramidally stacking method is only available in the outdoor storage. SOLUTION: Fixing members formed by applying incision machining to cross-ties utilizing lumber pinch and hold collectively several pieces of columnar objects. By fixing both ends thereof with bands, the columnar objects are prevented from being collapsed. Even in the case where the objects are electric poles or the like having different diameters at their upper and lower portions, they can be stacked on one another in a multi-staged manner and in a horizontal state.
