WATERPROOF COMPOSITION AND MANUFACTURE OF WATERPROOF CEMENT USING THE COMPOSITION

PURPOSE: Provided is a manufacturing method of waterproof cement having improved adhesion force, homogeneous curing, and prevention of cracking by mixing cement with waterproof composition containing zinc stearate and bentonite. CONSTITUTION: The waterproof cement is manufactured by the following steps of: mixing 0.95wt.% of zinc stearate, 2.53wt.% of bentonite, 0.51wt.% of expansive agent for fluidity and early-strength and 0.63wt.% of non-shrinkage agent, sodium aluminate, for increase of stability and adhesion; adding the mixture to 47.5wt.% of silica(0.19-0.27mm); and adding 47.88wt.% of ordinary portland cement. The resultant waterproof cement is mixed with water in use and applied to the matters requiring waterproofness.
