<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a water-based green sheet which has excellent storage stability. <P>SOLUTION: The pH of a suspension with ceramics powder and molybdenum oxide powder as dispersoids, and water containing a dispersant as a dispersion medium, is adjusted to 6 to 8, and, after that, a binder consisting of polyethylene glycol-isocyanate low molecular weight urethane is added thereto to prepare slurry for a green sheet. With the slurry for a green sheet as the raw material, the green sheet precursor is produced, and, after that, the green sheet precursor is heat-treated to remove the binder and the dispersant in the green sheet precursor, so that the green sheet is obtained. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2003,JPO |
