<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To promote the suppression of the power consumption of mounted electric appliances in response to the degree of the reduction of an accumulated electricity residual amount to a driver or the like by automatically warning the reduction of the accumulated electricity residual amount of a battery 2 due to the power consumption of the mounted electric appliances 3d to 3f in response to the degree. <P>SOLUTION: In a vehicle, a vehicle-mounted power source-monitoring apparatus 1a is provided. The mounted power source-monitoring apparatus 1a has a poser source voltage detecting means 7 which detects the power source voltage Vin of the vehicle- mounted battery 2, a grade determination means 4, and a warning-notifying means (e.g. an automobile telephone set, a cellular phone or the like) 8. In this case, the grade determination means 4 determines a grade from among a plurality grades being set in advance, to which the power source voltage Vin being output from the means 7 and/or a reduction valueΔVin(=Vstan-Vin) from the reference voltage Vstan belongs.
