<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for re-pass scheduling under rolling in a plurality of pass rollings, where flatness and plate thickness accuracy can be improved without changing the number of passes in an initial pass schedule regardless of the existence or the kind of a shape control function. <P>SOLUTION: Using a measured value about the result of the (n-1)-th pass such as a plate thickness on an exit side, the estimated amountδ(ΔCr<SB>i</SB>) of variation to the variation value (ΔCr<SB>i</SB>) of plate crown ratio before a re- calculation on and after the n-th pass is calculated based on the deviation between the measured value and its target value set before the re-calculation. A correction amountΔh<SB>i</SB>in plate-thickness setting to the target plate thickness h<SB>i</SB>on the exit side of each pass, which ranges from the n-th pass to the pass one pass before the last pass in the initial pass schedule X preset, is calculated so that the variation amountδ(ΔCr<SB>i</SB>) of plate crown ratio is minimized by performing a calculation based on the estimation model of the variation amountδ(ΔCr<SB>i</SB>). <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2003,JPO</p> |
