PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vacuum cleaner equipped with a brush assembly having a simple structure and capable of automatically removing dust caught among brush bristles. SOLUTION: The vacuum cleaner comprises a brush body composed of a plurality of brush bristles and a cleaning means for cleaning the brush body.
