PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a separate mat capable of fixing a mat on a base allover with accuracy and low costs. SOLUTION: The separate mat with a base 2 on which a mat is mounted, a number of projections 23 are formed almost allover on a mounting surface 21 of the mat 1, and on a rear surface of the mat 1, a layer 14 is to be engaged by projections 23, so that the mat 1 is fixed on the base 2 by the projections 23 engaged with the layer 14.
