PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To allow preventing heat deformations in operations. SOLUTION: The hair iron 1 comprises plastic nipping arms 7, 9 of which the base edge sides 15, 17 are mutually rotatably joined and the tip sides 29, 31 perform nipping actions with nipping operations by nipping parts 21, 23 of an intermediate part, and correcting elements 11, 13 which are positioned oppositely on front edge sides 29, 31 for nipping and correcting hair while warming by nipping actions. Core members 83, 85 are furnished from the tip sides 29, 31 of the nipping arms 7, 9 through at least the handling parts 21, 23, the core members 83, 85 maintain stiffness up to the temperatures higher than that of the nipping arms 7, 9 and regulate the heat deformations of the nipping arms 7, 9.
