PURPOSE: An apparatus for sensing neon gas and power leakage is provided, which make a user repair easily a neon lamp by applying a high voltage the neon tube to check a gas state of the neon tube and sensing the power leakage around the neon tube. CONSTITUTION: An apparatus for sensing neon gas and power leakage includes a battery(3), a regulator(9), the first and the second switches, a control portion(6), a gas lack sensing portion(20), a power leakage sensing portion(30), and a speaker(35). The regulator(9) is used for stabilizing a voltage of the battery(3). The first and the second switches are installed on a surface of a case. The control portion(6) outputs a constant control voltage to the gas lack sensing portion(20) in a gas lack mode or the constant control voltage to the power leakage sensing portion(30) in a short circuit sensing mode. The control portion(6) outputs the alarm sound when the power leakage is decided. The gas lack sensing portion(20) checks a gas state of a neon tube by applying a high voltage to a probe(23). The power leakage sensing portion(30) includes the first and the second connection terminals(33,34) connected to a power leakage position. The speaker(35) is used for outputting the alarm sound.
