摘要 PURPOSE: A low voltage temperature sensing circuit is provided to stably detect the temperature at a low voltage and to reduce the power consumption during the refresh operation by changing the period of refresh at the system having the low voltage. CONSTITUTION: A low voltage temperature sensing circuit includes a reference voltage generation circuit(60) for generating the reference output voltage, a first temperature sensing block(40) for a first sensing output voltage to detect the first setting temperature, a second temperature sensing block(20) for generating the second sensing output voltage to detect the second set temperature and a comparison circuit(80). The comparison circuit(80) compares the first sensing output voltage with the reference output voltage and the second sensing output voltage with the reference output voltage to generate the first digital output(DOUT1) and the second digital output(DOUT2). The comparison circuit(80) includes a first comparator(COMP3) for generating the first digital output(DOUT1) by comparing the first sensing output voltage with the reference output voltage and a second comparator(COMP4) for generating the second digital output(DOUT2) by comparing the second sensing output voltage with the reference output voltage.
