<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a developer which realizes a high-quality image, maintains high developing property without causing image flowing, shows enough fixing property and offset resistance, and does not cause melt sticking of a toner on a developer carrying body, a developer regulating member or an electrostatic image holding body. SOLUTION: This developer consists of an inorg. fine powder, a metal oxide powder and toner particles containing at least a binder resin and a coloring agent. The inorg. fine powder consists of silica particles (A) treated with at least a silicone oil and silica particles (B) treated with at least a silicone oil. The average particle size DA, DB, and DC of the silica particles (A), silica particles (B) and the metal oxide powder, respectively, are controlled to satisfy the relation of 10DA<=DB and DA<DC<DB.</p> |
