<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a laminated sheet which can be sewed in a clothing or the breast part or the like of the clothing without losing flexibility and by preventing a fluff from being brought into contact with a skin or the like and which can protect a pacemaker of the heart against a harmful electromagnetic wave and to provide the closing for shielding against the electromagnetic wave by using the same and a molded product. <P>SOLUTION: The laminated sheet comprises a thermoplastic resin film 12 laminated on at least one surface of a carbon fiber woven fabric or a metal- coated carbon fiber woven fabric 10. The clothing for shielding against the electromagnetic wave is obtained by sewing the laminated sheet in the clothing or the breast part of the clothing.
