PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide soil cleansing equipment that is capable of efficiently cleansing the soil, even if the soil with a high moisture content such as alluvial soil in the river and the like is treated. SOLUTION: In the soil cleansing equipment that cleanses soil by throwing the soil contaminated by a toxic substance into a cleaning tank 11 to clean the soil, a soil pre-treatment apparatus 70 is constituted by providing with an agitation crushing device 71 which is arranged at the proximity of the cleaning tank 11, a soil supply device 72 that supplies the soil to the agitation crushing device 71, an air sending device 73, that distributes the heated air through the agitation crushing device 71 and a sowing device 74 that sows out the soil from the agitation crushing device 71 uniformly inside the cleaning tank 11.
