PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To support the base shelf by making it stably protrude forward of a base leg by a simple means. SOLUTION: In a support fixture 22 which faces the front and the rear directions and has a locking part 22a at the lower face of the rear end part, the locking part 22a is made to be locked to an engaging hole 18 drilled and installed in the upper face of the front end part of the base leg 3, thereby the base shelf 13 is made to be protruded more forward than the front end of the base leg 3 and mounted, and the lower face of the front end part of the base shelf 13 is made to be received and supported by the support fixture 22.
