PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fishing rod capable of preventing occurrence of fixing in a joint area of rod tubes and having excellent operating efficiency. SOLUTION: The fishing rod 1 is composed so as to join a large-diameter rod tube to a small-diameter rod tube.
