PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a recycle which can be recycled and makes it unnecessary to peel off a foam layer on the occasion of recycling, which is free of occurrence of a gel point or a fish eye on the occasion of re-melting for recycling and which is excellent in outward appearance and shows little lowering of physical properties such as an elongation percentage, in regard to a flat molded laminate formed by backing a skin layer of a thermoplastic resin with the foam layer. SOLUTION: A cushion layer constituted of a thermoplastic foam of a thermoplastic elastomer, preferably an olefin-series thermoplastic elastomer, is laminated on the rear of the skin layer constituted of the thermoplastic resin, preferably an olefin-series resin.
