PURPOSE: A protective cover of a gas metering device is provided to allow the gas metering device to be stably operated and to improve the quality of the gas metering device by forming the protective cover using foaming synthetic resin. CONSTITUTION: A protective cover(100) is formed at upper sides thereof with coupling holes(110) so as to allow an inlet valve(210) and an outlet valve of a gas metering device(200) to be installed therein. A window is formed at a front portion of the protective cover(100). The protective cover(100) is made of soft foaming synthetic resin(100a) including foaming urethane, rubber, silicon or synthetic resin. Since the protective cover(100) has superior flexibility, an additional part is not required when installing the protective cover(100) to a wall. The protective cover(100) has a thermal insulation characteristic and shock absorbing function, so the gas metering device(200) is stably operated in winter.
