PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a container for electromagnetic heating equipped with a non-circular bottom wall portion, the bottom wall portion of which is heated as evenly as possible by an electromagnetic heater. SOLUTION: A plurality of non-conductive portions 40 are formed in a conductive layer 36 in a flat non-circular form viewed from a plane in such a manner that a bottom wall portion 32 is evenly heated by Joule's heat, so that an even eddy current is generated in the overall range of the conductive layer 36 by an AC magnetic field emitted from an electromagnetic heater. As a result, the container 30 for electromagnetic heating equipped with the non-circular bottom wall portion 32 heated as evenly as possible by the electromagnetic heater can be provided.
