<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a frame capable of realizing an equilibrium of the frame for a short time without causing a problem of vibration by accelerating or shortening an automatic equilibrium process or reducing the time require for it and executing a phased execution of an equilibrium process by a continuous process. <P>SOLUTION: In the frame, a balance weight AG arranged on an operation arm h is slidably constituted by an electric motor 5 and the electric motor is controllably constituted through a control line 13 by a measurement sensor 8 and a micro-processor 12. During execution of a position adjustment motion of the balance weight AG, in order to vary the operation arm h, the equilibrium or the non-equilibrium state to be measured is determined at the measurement sensor 8 and the dynamically measured signal value is utilized for controlling the electric motor 5.
