<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce the influence, on a user, of the trouble of a means of trans portation without depending on a user's active will. <P>SOLUTION: A reporting server which inform the user of the state of a means of transportation is provided with a means that receives, individually for each user, the setting of information regarding each user's route and time of use of the means of transportation, a means that collects the kind and occurring time of an event hindering the operation of the means of transportation, a means that estimates the time of resolving the event, a means that determines for each user whether or not the event influences him or her at the time of using the means of transportation, and a reporting means that informs the user determined to be influenced as above of the effect thereto. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2003,JPO</p> |
