PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a bag-shaped container for a liquid which does not spoil virginity, controls the amount of waste after use, keeps an aseptic condition, is usable for a content having a high barrier characteristic, and is effectively produced. SOLUTION: The outer circumference of a plug (2) having an elastic part (3) for providing a thorough hole in taking out a content is attached to and connected with the innermost layer (5a, 5b) of a bag (1) made of a film having an oxygen permeation ratio 25 fmol/m<SP>2</SP>.Pa or less.
