<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pickling vessel so designed as to satisfactorily make pickles of vegetables or the like at home. <P>SOLUTION: The pickling vessel comprises a pickling vessel body A having a cooling space M and an inner package case 2, and a lid body B entirely covering the upper surface of the vessel A. The inner package case 2 is provided with an air space 2a so as to completely envelope a pickling vessel C from above. A screw axis 5 is provided at the center of the lid body B so as to screw together.
