PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a paper holder having a holding part which is structured of one piece of an elastic material folded at the root by winding it in three divided parts, with one end serving as a leaf spring and an attachable material provided on the back. SOLUTION: This holder is characterized in that one piece of the elastic material is folded with a broad upper face B and the leaf spring C and also an attachable material provided on the back. Consequently, the holder is almost free from irregularities and despite it being thin/lightweight, can hold documents by means of its broad pressurizing face without scathing the documents, and further, can be received as it is into a file box or the like.
