PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pillow which has the most suitable height and shape for a pillow user and in which the user can sleep comfortably in a relaxed posture without being suppressed of turning over in bed or without having a headache or a nausea because the neck part is pressed. SOLUTION: This is a pillow for an individual person 4 wherein a convex pillow 1 is prepared as the basic constitution and wherein a base pillow 2 and a minute-height adjusting pillow 3 are added to the convex pillow 1 with the necessary number, and this is the individual pillow 4 characterized in that the base pillow 2, the convex pillow 1, and the minute-height adjusting pillow 3 are respectively prepared in advance, that the bottom face of the convex pillow 1 is made flat-faced, and further the upper face is made to have a shape fitted to a curved face formed from a head part up to a cervical vertebra of a human body, that the bottom part of the base pillow 2 is made flat-faced, and that a concaved part is formed in the vicinity of the center part of the upper face.
