PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sorted refuse volume reducing container capable of separating flammable refuse such as paper and plastic articles, from empty cans and plastic bottles, reducing the volume of the refuse, and preventing sorted refuse from becoming bulky at the time of separately storing. SOLUTION: A flammable refuse compressor B for compressing the flammable refuse, and an empty can compressor C for compressing the empty can and the plastic bottle are built in a casing A. Therefore, the flammable refuse such as paper and plastic articles, and the empty can and the plastic bottle are separated from each other and reduced in volume, thereby preventing the sorted refuse from becoming bulky.
