PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a track circuit system that costs low and has high reliability, commonizing a transmitter and receiver by a simple system configuration. SOLUTION: The track circuit system, comprising a track circuit, a transmitter that transmits signals thereto, and a receiver that receives signals therefrom, is provided with integrated transmitting and receiving devices 12, 13 that carry out functions of processing signals of both the transmitter and the receiver in a common signals processing part. The integrated transmitting and receiving devices 12, 13 are respectively connected, at a bordering location between track circuits 1, 2 or track circuits 2, 3, to track circuits 1, 2 or 2, 3 on both sides of the border, and it is so constituted that the transmitting and receiving device 12 carries out transmitting signals to the track circuit 2 and receiving signals from the track circuit 1, and the transmitting and receiving device 13 performs transmitting signals to the track circuit 3 and receiving signals from the track circuit 2.
