PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To control a change in the application width of a glue in compliance with a change in the operating velocity of a single facer. SOLUTION: This gluing device is of such a functional structure that a pair of weir plates 43 are brought into contact with the peripheral face of a gluing roll 31 and a glue is supplied to the peripheral face region of the gluing roll 31 positioned in a section inside the contact region of each of the weir plates 43.
