PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a mounting fixture of an umbrella wherein an already- owned general-use umbrella can be mounted easily on a handcart for an infant and an aged and furthermore wherein a vertical position can be changed easily depending on the height of a user. SOLUTION: This is provided with a first grasping part 1 to grasp the handcart, a second grasping part 2 to grasp a handle of the umbrella, a rod body 3 having a first shaft 31 and a second shaft 32 at its both ends, a first screw body 4 rotatably retaining the first grasping part 1 to the first shaft 31 and a second screw body 5 rotatably retaining the second grasping part 2 to the second shaft 32, and the general-use umbrella is made to be easily mounted on the handcart by operating the first screw body 4 and the second screw body 5.
