METHOD FOR MANUFACTURING RECYCLABLE MELAMINE MATERIAL

PURPOSE: A recyclable melamine material manufacturing method is provided to prevent environmental pollution by treating the recycled melamine container through sanding process, and to improve the quality by forming the desired design accurately with irradiating laser to the surface of the melamine container spread by the environment-friendly ceramic coating agent. CONSTITUTION: Melamine products are recovered from restaurants, and degreased and washed. Dust is eliminated from the melamine product by sandblasting with air pressure of 7-15kgf/cm2 according to the degree of damage in the surface of the melamine product. A liquid ceramic coating agent is injected to the inside and the outside of the processed material with air pressure of 3-4kgf/cm2, and the product is dried and hardened in a hot blast drier at 150-180 deg.C for 15-25 minutes. The melamine product is manufactured by marking various patterns, characters and figures with projecting the laser beam on the finished product.
