PURPOSE: A wheel used for cutting a liquid crystal panel is provided to extend the span of life of a cutting wheel having a blade with a prominence-and-depression structure. CONSTITUTION: A liquid crystal cutting wheel(100) includes the first and second blades(102,103) having a prominence-and-depression structure. The first blades are formed along the edge of the cutting wheel and projected from the center of the wheel by the distance of the first radius(R1). The second blades are protruded from the center of the cutting wheel by the distance of the second radius(R2). The cutting wheel has a hole at the center. The cutting wheel is made of diamond. The second radius is shorter than the first radius.
