<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a power saving management system comprising a plurality of output units having a power saving mode and transmitting information through a network, and a unit for managing the power saving mode of the plurality of output units through a network in which total power consumption of the output units is reduced effectively. <P>SOLUTION: A management unit 22 informs a power saving mode shift time stored in an RAM to remaining output units 21, 23-28 through a network 11.
