<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an X-ray imaging device in which an image having such clearness that image diagnosis can be accurately conducted can be photographed. <P>SOLUTION: An X-ray generating means has a generation side vibration eliminating portion 13 having a generation side vibration sensor 131 and a generation side actuator 132 and a photographing means 2 has a photographing side vibration eliminating portion 23 having a photographing side vibration sensor 231 and a photographing side actuator 232. The vibration of an X-ray generating means 131 is suppressed by the fact that based on vibration data detected by the generation side vibration sensor 131, a generation side 132 operates in such a way that the location and position of the X-ray generating means 1 are maintained approximately constant. Moreover, the photographing vibration eliminating portion 23 also operates similarly to the generation side vibration eliminating portion 13 to suppress the vibration of the photographing means 2. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2003,JPO</p> |
