PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a moving walk device control system and a moving walk device enhancing safety of a moving walk body. SOLUTION: The moving walk device control system constituted of a moving walk device and a control device for controlling the moving walk device comprises: an entrance sensor for detecting passage of an object through an entrance; an exit sensor for detecting passage of an object through an exit; and a determining means for determining abnormality if a predetermined time has elapsed from a time point where the entrance sensor detects the object to a time point where the exit sensor detects the object, so that the above problem is solved.
