PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a reinforcing structure for a vehicle body frame in which deformation can be effectively suppressed even against a deforming force inputted from any direction in or out of a compartment at a skeleton member without increasing a thickness. SOLUTION: The reinforcing structure for the vehicle body frame comprises a reinforcing member 23 in a closed section of a center pillar 12 integrated with an outer panel 21 and an inner panel 22, a protrusion 23a formed to be engaged to bring a recess 22b of the panel 22 into close contact with the inner bottom 23b of the member 23, the distal end 23c' of a leg wall 23c extended from both lateral ends of the bottom 23b approaching to the sidewall 21a outside the vehicle at both sidewalls 21b of the panel 21, and a first closed section 24 of a substantially triangular section formed between the leg walls 23c. Thus, large resistance forces are generated at a plurality of contact parts between both the panel 21 and the panel 22 in association with the deformations of the panel 21, the panel 22 and the member 23 even when the input of the deforming force of any of the direction of the outside and inside of the compartment.
