PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To stably support a foldable rear package tray to a car body. SOLUTION: A short part 13b of a bar-shaped support body 13 on the front side of vehicle projected from a side trim 11 of a vehicle rear compartment 7 is fitted into a fastener 29 (first fitting recessed part) of a first tray 18. Also, a short part 13c on the rear side of the vehicle is fitted into a second fitting recessed part 27 of the second tray 20, and a long part 13a which is continued to both the short parts 13b and 13c is fitted into a third fitting recessed part 28 of the first and second trays 18 and 20.
