PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a washing apparatus for feeding a cleaned washing liquid forwardly when the washing liquid is fed forwardly in a plurality of washing tanks using the washing liquid and efficiently using the washing liquid, and a washing method using the same. SOLUTION: A circulating filtering mechanism utilizing liquid storage tanks separate from the washing tanks is provided to each of the washing tanks and the washing liquid fed forwardly from the rear tank to be supplied is supplied to the liquid storage tank of the front tank and supplied to the front tank by the circulating filtering mechanism to obtain washing quality.
