PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To protect parts making up the operation wire and an endo-therapy accessory erecting base by releasing tension forces when the tension forces work on the operation wire exceeding a specified value in the operation of erecting the endo-therapy accessory erecting base with a simple structure by providing a transmission means with a coil spring only. SOLUTION: When operation is made to erect an endo-therapy accessory with an operation lever 25, an operation force is transmitted to the endo-therapy accessory erecting base 20 through a rotary disc 26, a crank member 29, a slider 31 and the operation wire 27, while the coil spring 33 has a spring force enough to maintain freedom between the slider 31 and a link piece 28 to which is linked the proximal end part of the operation wire 27 even when the toughest endo-therapy accessory is erected. The spring force generates the maximum load on the coil spring 33 and when the operation force works exceeding the maximum load, the coil spring 33 is allowed to elongate. COPYRIGHT: (C)2003,JPO
