PURPOSE: A device is provided to prevent the air conditioner pump from being damaged by the high temperature heat transmitted from the rotor. CONSTITUTION: A device comprises water jackets(10,110) having a plurality of spherical contact grooves contacting the outer surface of a rotor, and hollow portions(14,114) for storage of a coolant; first and second fixing shafts(20,120) inserted into the centers of the water jackets, and which have first and second supply holes(22,122) and first and second inlet holes(24,124) for supplying or discharging a coolant to the hollow portions; first and second arms(30,130) having first and second support portions(36,136) which support the first and second fixing shafts, rotate with respect to first and second support members(40,140) and fix the water jackets; and a compression cylinder(50) arranged at ends of the first and second arms, and which opens or closes the first and second arms.
