PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve the operating rate of a facility and yield of products, and to manufacture excellent products by preventing constriction, disconnection, kink, strand deviation, etc., of a wire by returning the tension to the set original one by promptly absorbing the fluctuation of the feed tension acting on the wire. SOLUTION: The wire feeding device is provided with a winding frame 1A winding and housing a wire W, and a wire guide member 2 adjoining at one side of an axial direction of the winding frame 1 and arranged coaxially with the winding frame 1, and guiding the wire W drawn out from the winding frame 1 so that it is delivered to the axial direction while the wire W is rotated in a peripheral direction of the winding frame 1. In addition, the wire feeding device is provided with a damper member 8 for absorbing a tension fluctuation of the wire W by displacing the wire guide member 2 in the axial direction of the winding frame 1 according to the tension fluctuation of the wire W. The damper member 8 consists of a coil spring 11 energizing the wire guide member 2 toward the winding frame 1 side, and is disposed on an opposite side to the winding frame 1 against the wire guide member 2 and coaxially with the winding frame 1.
