PURPOSE: A wind power plant is provided to install a power plant regardless of place by composing a rotating blade rotatable with weak wind force. CONSTITUTION: A wind power plant comprises a rotating shaft(20), rotating blades(30,31) installed on both sides lengthwise the rotating shaft and rotating with response to the opening and closing of windbreaks(30c,31c), a heat absorbing plate(40) penetratingly combined with the rotating shaft and installed at the lower portion of the rotating blades, a support housing(50) installed at the lower portion of the heat absorbing plate to support the heat absorbing plate and protect a generator, a power generator(60) prepared in the support housing to generate DC currents, a storage cell(70) connected with the power generator, and an inverter(80) connected with the storage cell. |
