METHOD FOR OFFERING TOTAL HEALTH MANAGEMENT AND PROVIDING INFORMATION OVER INTERNET

PURPOSE: A total health management and information service method is provided to enable a user to transmit personal health data to a main server for totally managing the personal health data for a life span, and enable a hospital or a drug store to offer a correct health care service to the user by referring to the managed health data. CONSTITUTION: The method comprises several steps. A user measures a vital sign by using a measurement terminal connected to a PC. The measurement terminal analyzes the measured vital sign, and outputs the analyzed medical data. Then, the measurement terminal transmits the analyzed medical data to a main server via the PC. The main server searches for a precise diagnosis result, a statistical example of a patient with a similar symptom or a completely treated example by using the transmitted medical data. The main server gives a weighting factor to the searched data according to a similarity, and selects a high-ranked treatment or rehabilitation method. The main server transmits the selected treatment or rehabilitation method to the user.
