PURPOSE:To restrain spreading of noises by constituting a module such that many elements are connected to the joint of a chopper circuit and an inverter circuit thereby reducing the possibility that the joint is routed. CONSTITUTION:The module MI comprises a switching element QA, a diode DB connected in reverse parallel with the switching element QA, and a diode QA having a cathode connected with the cathode of the diode Dg. Output terminals A, B, C, D are taken out from the anode of the diode DA, the opposite ends of the switching element QA, and the control terminal of the switching element QA. When an inverter is constituted of a chopper circuit and an inverter circuit, the module MI is constituted such that many elements are connected to the joint of the chopper circuit and the inverter circuit. This constitution reduces the possibility that the joint is routed thus suppressing spreading of noises. |
