PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a crane that can carry cargo between the inside and the outside of the building accompanied by the hoisting and lowering of the cargo without requiring a temporary stage, and can hoist more weighted cargo. SOLUTION: The crane comprises: a crane main body 1; two crab trolleys 2 supported by the crane main body 1; and a travel gear 3 moving the crane main body 1 back and forth in a horizontal direction. For using the crane, the crane main body 1 is housed in a building, and the crane main body 1 is moved toward the outside of the building at a time of hoisting and lowering the cargo to support the crab trolleys 2 outside of the building.
