PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a mounting device that the end of a sheetlike matter is not be folded down when sucked. SOLUTION: A table 1 on which a printing p (a sheetlike matter) is mounted is provided with a positioning member for positioning the printing and a suction plate 1a for sucking the printing p. A recessed part 12 for releasing the printing p is formed in the lower part of the positioning member 11. Even through the printing p is abutted with its end floated up on the positioning member 11 before suction, the printing p can be released into the recessed part 12 in association with suction operation, therefore, the folding up of the printing does not occur.
