PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide, especially for discharging a jelly-like content, a spout device which is provided with a block preventive mechanism, the molded form of which is not warped, can keep its balance in being inserted or mounted, and with which a direction when inserted in or mounted on a bag-shaped container is stably controlled, and a bag-shaped container with the device. SOLUTION: This relates to a spout device and a bag-shaped container mounted with the device. The spout device 3 comprises a top end mouth part 10, a joining part 12 for a bag-shaped container and a content introduction part 14. The part 14 comprises two leg bodies 15 connected to the joining part 12 and at the tip end of the bodies 15, a tip end part 16 for weight adjustment is integrally provided. The lateral rib 32 of a cross rib 30 is extending roughly from the inside center of the two leg bodies 15, and is provided integrally covering a distance L between the bottom end of the part 1 and the rib 30.
