PURPOSE: Provided is a method for manufacturing onion pickles which are good for the prevention and treatment of adult diseases, contain the components of the onion beneficial to the human health, and are free from the unpleasant smell peculiar to the onion. CONSTITUTION: A method for manufacturing onion pickles is characterized by the steps of: preparing a seasoning sauce by boiling mustard seeds, coriander, dill seeds, bay leaves, high fructose, salt and white sugar; and adding the seasoning sauce to onions in order to provide onion pickles with a sweet and sour taste. |
