The corkscrew has a housing made from two tubular components (6, 7), the first made from a material such as plastic, metal or wood and containing rechargeable batteries (5), an electric motor (1) and reduction gear unit (2). The second tubular component (7) is able to slide inside the first one by means of sliders (13) moving in grooves (14). The second tubular component is used to protect the spiral screw (4) and has inner surface channels (8) to prevent the cork from rotating as it is drawn.
